Need help logging strangth exescises!

Hey there,, I just wanted to know how does everyone log their strangth exercises? And how do you know how many cals you've burned doing strength exercises?? Thanks!!

They do have a category under cardio labeled "strength - lifting weights", but honestly it's a rough guestimate as all other MFP calorie counts are. My best recommendation is to get an HRM. I have the Polar FT40 and use it for all my workouts; strength or cardio, and have noticed a huge discreptency between actual calories burned, and what they were estimating me at0
