Determined
I am determined that I will succeed this time. I have about 140 pounds to lose and I don't know how long it will take-- that's up to my body. But I know the things I need to do to get to my goal. Something feels different this time. I know failure is not an option. Just want to send out some encouragement to others out…

I have a long way to go
I'm new and would like to lose between 140-150 pounds. I'm 40 years old and know it will not be easy. I'm pre-diabetic and sudden cardiac death runs in my family. I want to be here to watch my children grow up and be there for my family and have the energy to do the things I used to enjoy. Thanks
