scared to go on antidepressants
I've worked hard to lose weight and I'm really proud of my accomplishments (I lost 7 llbs and 5 inches off my waist). I suffer from panic disorder and yesterday I almost did something drastic which is why the doctors want to put me on antidepressants. I've had other types of therapy without any drugs so I want to do that…

Need to lose 4 inches around my waist
I'm 5 ft 4 and I currently weight 55.7kg (start weight 2 weeks ago was 57kg). MFP set my net calories to 1200 and so far its been pretty manageable, pre-logging my food in advance helps a lot. Most of my fat goes straight to my waistline, I often get mistaken for pregnant because I have an average body but large waistline.…

Can you eat at maintenance but still lose inches?
I'm 5ft4 and I weigh 53.1kg. According to the NHS someone of my height should not weigh any less than 49kg. My waist size is 32 inches (it was 35 before I joined MFP). I do like walking and…

Fasting tips anyone?
I'm fasting tomorrow due to religious beliefs (I'm Muslim) not the intermit fasting thing some people go on but rather not eating from sunrise to sunset. I've never fasted while I was calorie counting so I was wondering what's the best way to go about it. Usually I have rice and curry just before sunrise (lol yes that may…

being under net calories
Sometimes I'm slightly under the total net calories (only by 20 or so calories) and MFP warns me that I'm consuming too little calories and my metabolism will slow. Will this really happen if I'm only slightly under? I could obviously eat more but because 20 calories is such a small amount if I ate a piece of chocolate or…
