Need to lose 4 inches around my waist

I'm 5 ft 4 and I currently weight 55.7kg (start weight 2 weeks ago was 57kg). MFP set my net calories to 1200 and so far its been pretty manageable, pre-logging my food in advance helps a lot. Most of my fat goes straight to my waistline, I often get mistaken for pregnant because I have an average body but large waistline. My weight loss motivation comes from the NHS because according to their website my waistline should be 31 inches as I'm an Asian female. My current waistline is 35 inches. My main concern is that I'll lose the pounds but my waistline won't shrink as much as I need it to. Any advice? I really hate exercise especially weights, I like to go for long walks though, and I usually do this when I know I want to increase my calorie allowance

I would have thought at five foot four you're pretty close to goal weight - I'm five three and about 56kg and that's about where I want to be. Even if you do want to lose more, I'm guessing you told MFP you wanted to lose 1kg per week to get 1200cals? I'd suggest eating more and losing more slowly, in orde to minimise muscle loss. You may find that strength training is a good idea too - it will help tone you up which will help lose inches too.
