Hello all. Been on MFP for sometime. Been doing OK but would like more friends for meal planning and accountability. Since Jan 4 I've lost 45 pounds and have hit a rough patch the past few weeks looking for some motivation as well. TIA!!!!

I absoloutely love chicken and broccoli..does anyone out there have a delicious chicken and broccoli recipie??? i'm not sure what to make the sauce out of or how to cook the broccoli exactly.. do i steam it first or just toss it in the pan??...all suggestions would be greatly appreciated :D

FIRST MARATHON
