Hello I have been looking all over and I can find the calories in the bobba for the bobba teas but no where can I seem to find the macros for the sea salt creama that goes on top. Any body? thank you

is anyone else having issues with garmin connect and MFP syncing? it says they are synced but cals from MFP aren't going into garmin connect.

I met with a nutritionist and she is recommending 1 cup a day of nuts and seeds, and 6 teaspoons of oils.. isn't 1 cup a day of nuts and seeds ALOT? thoughts? thank you
