Lost pounds but don't look like I have.
Lost 60lbs; why does my belly still stick out like a watermelon on a bean poll? Went from 230 to 180 and I still look like cray in the belly area; please help.

How accurate do you think......
This site is for losing 1lb a week? or even 1/2lb a week? Just wondering because other sites I have visited give me almost double the numbers more or 500 calories less than here. I'd just like to hear from those that have used it a long time how accurate you think it is with it's numbers?

Is it normal to gain 3 to5lbs when...
I've hit a plateau where I gain 3 to 5lbs one week and then lose it again the next week and then gain it back again the next and so on and so forth. Is that normal?
