I changed my eating over 10 years ago. Now when I binge it's not thousands of calories in junk food and sweets. However, I can't stop eating (even though I'm not hungry) tonight. A glass or two of wine and I'm downing a large bag of pea pods with Greek yogurt dip. I'm about 700 calories over for today.
