Hi everyone! I was on medication that made me gain a lot of weight! Really trying to lose 50 pounds. Current weight: 180 pounds Goal weight: 130 pounds I would like to elevate my fitness/activity level! Just trying to find like minded people. Mostly low carb diet. my goal is 1200 cals my food is 620 my exercise is -996 my net is -376 and i have 1576 cals remaining how would i lose weight? i am so confused.

flabby arms
At my most fit, age 19 or 20, before I started bar hopping I could do at least 10 full push ups in a row several times a day. My arms have since gotten doughy, but after 5 days of at least 90 minutes of exercise a day I can feel them toning up and can do about four full push ups. I am very excited. Half my mental battle…

I was way under my calories. . .
. . .but I ate a bunch of food. I had this falafel, hummus, salad with tomatoes and it was awesome! I had a slice of cheese pizza. And 3 beers. I can't believe how few calories. Lactic Acid BURNS!!!
This is the first time in years I have felt that lactic acid burn during a workout on a machine for quads, I only did 3 sets of ten reps with 3 lbs, BUT IT BURNED LIKE HELL!
