PILATES MAKES A HUGE DIFFERENCE! You look GREAT! So much more toned! Until I incorporated pilates with my cardio I didn't notice much change. This is a great testament to pilates training! You Rock!

This is tricky, because it really depends on your intensity. Some training overeat to make up for calories and end up putting on weight. If anyone has any more information on this topic I would love to know as well.

yes. i think my boyfriend's little girl has a pair, or maybe they're just faux jean leggings. pretty silly.

my sister got lucky and found a double seater nordic track brand at a thrift store for like $20. try craigslist or other moms whose toddlers are getting too big for strollers, before you shell out the big bucks. those can get really expensive.

limit yourself to one drink. and sip and savor.

I buy them frozen, put them in a foil puch with lemon pepper and in like 30 minutes they're done and delish!

Eating what you burns helps make you lose. Otherwise you're not getting the true 1200 calories or whatever your goal is set. You have to workout, but you also have to eat to avoid stalling the weight loss.

i like to do a 10-20 minute rotations through treadmill, elliptical, bike, rowing, swimming. That way you are working a lot of different muscle groups, but not for so long you get bored at the same machine. You work up a nice sweat and burn without all the monotony ;)

yes! I don't have to punish my body like super cut back well all foods. now i can eat way better, i just try to move around more. :)
