I'm looking for anyone that can help me, I have 100 pounds to lose and I hate that mfp says I should eat 1300 calories. Is there anyone out there that lost a lot of weight by eating more? I workout at least 4-5 times a week.

Hello, I'm just debating if I should set my goal to lose 1 pound or 2 a week. I have a lot to lose so I don't know if that makes a difference. Does slow and steady win the race?

My TDEE is 4100 ?!?
Anyone else with this high of a TDEE? Do I really eat that much for 8 weeks?

Cheat day/eating calories back
To those of you that eat your calories back which you earned by exercising, do you have a cheat day as well? Just wondering if "saving" the calories earned for a cheat day will work. Any feedback on whether eating back calories worked for you is welcome, thanks!

Need motivation!
Anyone else on here want to lose weight but isn't 100% committed? How do you get focused? Horrible week once again. Sigh. Do I just record my gain tomorrow and start fresh again? I guess that's better than giving up all together.

Hi everyone, I started the couch to 5km app and I love it! I am in no shape to run for a long period of time, so my question is....anyone embarrased to run outside?
