I remember having this feeling throughout my life of having to "start over" again until I found MFP and really dedicated to logging (the good days and the bad days) every day. You CAN do it, and you can change your life *for good* if you have a plan and the willpower to accomplish it and take steps forward every single day. You may certainly add me as a friend---I am a straight shooter but a great cheerleader, too!0
