What's more dependable HRM or the machines?
So, I just bought an HRM and I use it to see how many calories I'm burning during a workout. My HRM says I'm burning certain number of calories where the machine I'll be using (ex: treadmill) says different, should I go by what my HRM says or the machine I'm on????
