Hunger vs Workout
Why am I more hungry on the days I dont workout? I usually only take one day a week off for rest but I hate how hungry I get. I feel like I might eat the entire fridge. I have 30lbs to go to reach my goal and MFP has me at 1200 cal which I am pretty good at staying at.

I am new to running at the end of week one I can run 2 miles in 30 min with a 5 min warm up and 5 min cool down. How fast should I increase my distance in training for a 5K? Accoding to the C25K training schedule I am already at week 8.
