I started my weight loss journey January 2013 and have lost 93 LBS and have 35 LBS to go. I am finding the "end" to be the hardest part and I am looking for people who are active and can help keep me motivated. I currently work with a dietician, a weight trainer and a cardio trainer. Recently I have taken a good hard look at my food and have noticed the "little" cheats sure add up quickly and are mostl likely the cause of my weight loss plateau. And as I have learned along the way none of this is easy :):smile: So if available please add me and let's keep each other going.
