Weight Limit on Exercise Bikes
Hi, So i would like to get an exercise bike-the staitonary kind and they all seem to have weight limits. how strict are these limits. for eg, can someone who weighs 115kg safely use an exercise machine with a weight limit of 100kg?

Exercise at work
hi! i would like to know what kind of exercises i can do at work. there are no stairs at my workplace (its a single-storey building). Ive incorporated walking to get lunch and back (but that's only 10 minutes) and would like to do a little bit more. any HELPFUL suggestions would be appreciated.

Sugar cravings?
I'm a little worried I might not be doing this right. I haven't had any sugar cravings or chocolate cravings. In fact all I can think about is protein(boiled eggs especially) so I know I'm not getting enough protein, but does my NOT having sugar cravings mean I'm having TOO MUCH sugar??
