Sugar cravings?

I'm a little worried I might not be doing this right. I haven't had any sugar cravings or chocolate cravings. In fact all I can think about is protein(boiled eggs especially) so I know I'm not getting enough protein, but does my NOT having sugar cravings mean I'm having TOO MUCH sugar??

No. Egg cravings does not mean you are not getting enough protein and not having sugar craving does not mean you ate too much sugar.
Some times food cravings can happen cos you do not get enough vitamins. But usually you will crave something completely different than you actually need. Because your system does not know what foods contain what nutrients and vitamins. So you might crave eggs but your body might actually need stuff what's in carrots or something, just as an example. I think it had something to do with smell - if nutrient you need has similar smell to food you crave then you need that nutrient, not necessary that food. I remember reading this quite some time ago so I don't remember for sure anymore. But it's not accurate. So do not rely on that.
The best thing to do is go to http://nutritiondata.self.com/ (that's a website I prefer to use) and search for foods you ate on regular basis. You can see then what % of DV (Daily Value) they have for all the vitamins and nutrients. If you are about 85 - 100 % of DV then you are good. It's good to go back and research everything again if you start eating different foods on regular basis and remove some other foods. So go and research it again if you change you diet. If you ate the same all time you obviously don't need to research this on regular basis cos nothing will change. ^^0
