Just got my fitbit today and am reading about how it works, how fitness pal adjusts, etc. When I was using just MFP, it adds your exercise calories to your fixed daily calorie consumption, so you 'eat your extra calories'. I recently started going to the gym and have been logging my exercise in MyFitnessPal. I do not see any choices to enter weight lifting though. Surely, this must burn some calories! How do you enter this?

Eating Exercise Calories next day?
Do you have to eat your exercise calories in the same day for it to be effective? I exercised yesterday afternoon, but was under my calorie goal for the day. Was busy and didn't have a chance to eat much. Is it such a far stretch to just eat the calories today?

Blacked out/almost fainted!
I've been doing about 1300 calories a day....normally I have about 800 left for my dinner meal. Losing weight due to worry....
I am going through a really tough time right now......I am having some health isssues and just found out I need to have surgery next week. I am extremely worried and anxious and for that reason, often don't eat. Naturally, I am losing weight. Will this weight stay off when I resume my normal life again?

Craving Junk
Auuuuuuuuugh. Both days that I exercised this week I have craved junk the rest of the day.......cookies, salty nacho chips, etc. And it's easier to 'give in' to those desires when you know you've 'earned the extra calories'.....what better day to cheat than one you've exercised???????
