Treadmill Experts
Morning All~ My husband just bought a treadmill. I'm super pumped but have never really used one for any length of time. Do you treadmill experts out there have any advice for beginner workouts? Do you have an app you prefer to help with workouts? I seem to do ok with some incline but my speed isn't quite up there(yet). ;)
