Okay, what would you consider "active activity"?
I am a stay at home mom of 3, I usually clean, and play with the kids all day long, they are 4 1/2, 2 and 11 months. If I'm not playing, cleaning, laundry, or organizing, I'm cooking. So I'd say at the most, added up on a total of a whole day,, I get up between 5am and 7am, and go to bed around 10-11, I'm sitting a total…

who has had an extreme "mom tummy" & ost a lot of weight....
So I have about 70 lbs to loose. Once I do...I'm worried, even with working out... Where will my "mommy tummy" go? I can't picture me right now, with the huge flab of expanded tummy from having 3 kids....ever being flat or even close. Will I need surgery? Will there be skin? Anyone have before and after photos of this?
