Well the survey I was involved in came from over 50,000 people...then when you use that study, and do the math on the rest of the United States, population, generalize it, they came up with the majority feel that way about body types. I don't really care what other peoples body types are or how there husbands or finances…

Okay well great good to hear. However I don't think people should be rude. And should not ..to the women above, take the internet THAT seriously. Anyways it was a question..that's what this site is for, support, not attacking people. I was basically giving information I found from a very big study that I was involved in.

I love how people are all being rude. Okay yea, I'm a woman, I don't want to lift giant weights. Most men, normal men do not find that attractive, sorry! I know for a fact. In college I took study's, mass study's about body types, face types, ect ect. Also, the most important thing, my husband is not attracted to it!

Nothing? Well when you have 0 strength, they actually can, I'm proof. They made all my workouts a little harder. I could barely pick up my 5lb bag of flour.

Thanks! I just want to get back to being a small attractive person again. The weights have helped a lot even being so small, I used to struggle when taking our hamper downstairs, it's pretty huge (there's five of us) and I did it with not a problem which was nice.

Just because one is young does not mean it's going to be easy, I had 3 kids all 18 months apart, and before that I had a late loss, so my stomach had expanded an bit. My kids were all very big, and so really I'm pretty sure, at the end of my year, surgery will be the only option for the skin. My stomach is VERY stretched…

I'm completely obsessed with it. I need to be, or if will fall of track. Some people need to be. I have trouble sleeping sometimes cause I think about just everything, it's a lot, it's a major lifestyle change for me, so I'd imagine it would keep one up at night.

Bonk..lol. Well I mostly right now am doing cardio. I'm drinking a lot of water, around 120 oz a day. Apis no where near awesome shape so I don't think I will "bonk" :)

. No I just really love cardio...like a lot. Strength training and walking, and jogging, I love them too..however I'm snowed in basically right now lol. Really though, idk I just really enjoy cardio, I love that feeling after finishing a workout.

I weigh every Friday morning. I do it on Fridays because my husband and kids like to just eat all weekend long. So seeing my progress helps me stay on track!

Yes, I'm supposed to eat 1600 calories a day, and I burn around 500 calories a day, I walk, fast and a lot In the morning, do cardio at night for an hour, and do random little workouts I find I online, weight lift(little ones for now) .
