I have heard of a breakfast on the go (pre made in advance) what I was told is that you boil an egg and peel it. cover the egg with a super thin layer of sausage and coat with something and then bake ....anyone have a recipe and/or calorie count? this sounded good. :happy: thanks

have hated oatmeal all my life....

I am looking at pedometers, sleep tracker/activity trackers and fitbit keeps coming up. is it worth the money for what it does? does it track well. (I have fitrun on my phone and it wont track inside buildings). is it durable? thanks
