hello, does anyone know anything about this? I don't know if this is a valid diet or hype. help!:huh:

    it's not valid, it's total hype. Just ignore it.... exercise and portion control is what works.

    How could your blood type possible influence what you should eat? By the time food reaches your blood, it's all broken down into it's constituent parts anyway. Total pseudoscientific hype.

    Save your money and time by not buying/reading it. ;-) Or at the very least, if you really are interested in reading it, check it out from a library or find someone who owns it that will loan it to you.

    Like others have said, there is no scientific evidence that supports this. In any way. I am surprised people are still mentioning it.
