Heart rate monitor questions
So today was the first time I used my Polar ft60 hrm. It's telling my that my average heart rate was 175 and max was 204(!!!). It also says I burned 612 calories in 49:48 minutes. Does this seem right? The calories burned seems awfully high. I ran at 6-7mph. I also feel like my heart rate was pretty high?

What are your macros?
I'm 5'2.5", 120lbs, and focused on fat lose right now. Currently I have mine set to 40% carbs, 40% protein, 20% fat. I wanna keep my fat at 20-25% but I'll adjust protein and carbs as necessary. So what are your macros and how are they working for you?

Weighing meat
Do you weight it raw or cooked? To me, weighing it cooked makes more sense because it tends to shrink up and lose weight as it cooks. And I don't know about you but I certainly don't eat chicken raw :noway:

So I ran 45 minutes today and burned about 249 calories. I logged this manually into MFP. Then later Fitbit automatically logged 252 calories giving me a total of 501 calories that I'm preeeetty sure I didn't burn. Does this mean this work out is being counted twice? I signed up for the food pact. I heard it's pretty buggy but it's working so far. I'm doing a trial so I haven't connected my paypal account yet. They say they will give me $5 if I log my food everyday until the 26th. What are your experiences with pact?
