Proper Plank position?
I am going to start a 30 day plank challenge. Can anyone tell me what the benefits of the different positions are? I have always just done it on my forearms, but I saw a picture of someone with their feet up on a step. Any suggestions or advice would be welcome!

Going out for Italian! Help!
How do you eat pasta responsibly? I'm headed to an Italian restaurant for a work function. For dinner. How do you eat at a pizza and pasta place and still stay on track?
