What do you think of Blue Apron?

A friend just shared 3 free meals with me and I am going to use them. What are you opinions of it? Good or bad? Healthy or Not? Does it work if you are trying to lose weight? I like the fresh and what look like healthy ingredients, and definitely things that I would not think of buying on my own.

So is it worth it to try and incorporate it into my plan?
