All was great, I lost around 10 lbs in the first 6 weeks or so. Now - Nada, Zilch, Zippo. I can get that scale to budge. I joined the YMCA and am meeting with a wellness coach. I do…

What are your favorite walking spots?
The Alpharetta greenway is awesome, but we don't get there too often now that we've moved closer to the city. The Brookhaven Dog Park is great for the dog, but I don't get enough steps in there. I eat chicken and turkey mostly, and I use limited amounts of EVOO to cook. I work from home when I am not traveling. However I am just an average cook. Nothing fancy. When I travel, I get…

Suggestions to increase protein while decreasing fat

Not by large amounts, but I ENT to do better b At home I am a cook with average ability, but work full time so hours in the kitchen is not an option. I already do chicken breast and low fat ground turkey…
