Carb heavy diet
Can you still lose weight on a carb rich diet? I am staying within my calories. But when ever I look at my nutrition chart, it always looks carb heavy, usually about 60%, is that too much??

MFP overestimated calories burned with Fitbit!
Does anybody else have the problem of being given loads of extra calories with the Fitbit adjustment? I have been awarded 782 extra calories for 5,700 steps so far today!! 🤭 I did a mile swim this morning and was awarded 610 for that which is ok; surely there is a problem somewhere with the Fitbit adjustment!! 🧐

What type of calories?
Can you eat anything i.e. cake, chocolate, etc as long as it's under you calorie allowance? Because I have an ongoing argument and would like clarification, Just to settle it once and for all!!!

Eating exercise calories
Please can somebody tell me if I have to eat every exercise calorie???? If I use 1000 calories swimming etc, Do I then really have to eat 1000 cals on top of my 1200? I find it really hard to eat that much!! Also I am afraid that I will end up eating too much, and putting weight back on!
