A goal for the whole week
I have a goal for this whole week, which is to eat a big portion of an extra different coloured vegetable every day, so: Monday - green - broccoli and runner beans Tuesday - orange - carrots Wednesday - red - tomatoes Thursday - orange - sweet potato Friday - haven't decided yet!

Jan 9th goals
I met yesterday's goals (*) Today's goals are to go for a walk; be mindful about my eating; read. I probably won't be on the forum over the weekend so my goals will be to go for a walk each day and to be mindful about my eating. Happy Friday <3

Sunday 14th September
Hi, everyone. I'm just back from my 35 minute swim. I find I am resting less between lengths so am pleased that I am building up stamina. Have a lovely Sunday :smile:
