What excersise should I be logging?
I'm a bit confused with adding excersise to my diary :( . In your profile you have to set whether you're active, very active etc. and that affects the number of calories MFP assigns you so if I was to put active and then add all my excersise too wouldn't I be double logging things as they're taken into account twice? :|

sleeping more than normal?
I've been sleeping a lot more than normal over the last week or so (exams are over so I am just because I can!). It occured to me today though that sitting in bed or sleeping more than normal will obviously mean I burn less calories. does anyone know how I can try to factor that into just how much less I should be eating?…
