Two weeks in to ketosis...
I find I don't get hungry very often, I have more energy than before, I can go faster on the treadmill without losing my breath, and on the downside, my skin is oily when it used to be a bit on the dry side. Oh, and I lost 12 pounds. It a lot for two weeks. What effects do other keto followers have?

Getting twitches on Keto... Potassium?
In getting muscle spasms and eye twitches after a week and a half of keto dieting. I think I'm missing something. I find potassium is hard to get but maybe that's not the problem? I've been focusing on trying to supplement to at least over half the daily but what else could it be?

Blood Ketone Level Question
My blood monitor says my ketone level is 2.3. Two days ago it was 0.9. Is that okay? Should I up my carbs? I'm having about 35-40 carbs a day. Thanks.

Possibly to gain weight on a deficit?
I have about 1000 calories a day, 40 carbs max but I haven't seen any weight loss in about a week when I'm used to losing three or four pounds a week.
