My first bathing suit
Today I bought my first bathing suit in 16 years. I'm still 25lbs off my goal weight, but down 31 since last year and thanks to lifting, feel like I can at least go to the beach on my vacation next week with some confidence. Change may happen slowly, but I'm grateful for where I am.
