I am doing this to hold myself accountable. My name is kayte, I am 30 years old, and I am trying to get healthy for the 4th time in my life. Emotional, bored, disordered eater. Went from 145 to 108 when I was 17 through overexercising and undereating. Went up to 160 during college. Graduated, saw pictures and got mad. Dropped to 128 in 6 months by going to the gym daily and watching what I ate. Much healthier. Maintained 130-135 for 2 years. Fell off, went up to 150 again. Back to the gym, back to 135. Then I lost it. Hit my high weight of 190 in August 2012. At 175 right now.

Lots of numbers, up and down. I know maintaining a healthy weight will always require so much dedication. I'm ready to try again. Glad I'm down 15lbs since my high weight but 50lbs is so daunting. Good luck everyone on their journeys. It's good to know I'm not alone in my struggle.
