I can't run!
Hi everyone! Hoping someone can offer some advice. I want to be able to run, sooo badly. But everytime I try I give up after a minute because I get shin splints immediately. I'm 5,4" and weigh 185lbs. I walk a lot, averaging around 12k steps each day. I have very stiff calves from walking way too much on high heels…

Am I eating too little?
I have my goal set at max.1500 daily calories. The last 7 days I have been 5900 net calories under my weekly goal. I noticed that I gained weight saturday/sunday/monday but have dropped 200gr. today. Did I gain because I ate too little? I still feel I'm eating plenty and my energy level is fine.

Lost 3.5lbs my first week!
Yay! I started a week ago and have lost 3.5lbs so far. I ameating healthy, lots of veggies and fruits and lean meat (and even a tiny bit of chocolate here and there) and walking A LOT. A aim for a minimum of 12000 steps per day and every other day I do the 30 day shred (which then counts against the steps).

Why don't I get sore muscles?
Just finished day 5 of the 30 day shred and have been doing additional crunches. I have sore muscles in my legs and arms but none in the stomach whatsoever. How can this be?

Under net calories and now gained weight
I´ve been eating slightly under my net calories for 10 days (since I started) and haven´t felt the need to eat more. I lost almost 6 lbs in those first 10 days. However yesterday my weigh in was the same as the day before and today I have gained 0.5lbs. Could this be because I am normally under my net calories?

Does it matter where calories come from?
I´m aiming for 1200 calories a day and sometimes I also eat back my exercise calories. Does it matter much where these calories come from? Today I went over in proteins but also in fat and sugar, but stayed under in carbs.

Too much protein?
Now that I´m eating fewer carbs I tend to go over MFP's suggested amount of protein per day. I still stick to the total calorie count per day. Is it bad to eat too much protein?

Should I eat them back?
I´ve been sticking to a 1200 calorie plan and hardly eating back any of my excercise calories. I´ve lost 3.5lbs in 8 days but I´m worried that I might be eating too few calories. Should I eat back the 350 calories I burned while walking?
