Are my scales correct?
I’m 5’4 and a UK size 10, my scales are currently saying 72.7 kg. Can that really be right???

1 goal complete- I just achieved a healthy BMI
I know BMI doesn’t mean a huge amount due to body composition etc but I’ve just made it into the healthy bracket (24.8) which was one of my goals! I know my muscle may offset the figure slightly but it just feels good to be classified as ‘healthy’. Just thought I’d share so I can motivate myself on a difficult day 💃🏻

Fitbit Flex 2 double tracking during swimming?
I just recently bought my flex 2, mainly for the purpose of tracking my swimming. However, while I have found it does track my swimming perfectly, I think it also counts steps while swimming.
