YMCA in Wichita, Ks
Anyone on here a YMCA member in Wichita? I really need to find a workout buddy to get my butt in gear. I was doing so good when I first started on here going to the Y 3-4 times a week for 30 min to an hour, but now after my JM 30DS fiasco I haven't been back to the Y and just haven't had the motivation to go.

Too fast?
Ok, I've been on a diet for the last 2 weeks now. In this time I've dropped 8 lbs already. Is it normal to drop weight really fast when you first start out on the diet or should i be worried? Wii Fit Plus Bundle??
I am seriously considering getting a Wii Fit plus bundle for my Wii. My mother has one and swears by it for her exercising, but I want more confirmation than just my mother LOL. Any of you guys have one that can let me know how well they actually work for calorie burning? Thanks!
