Anyone on here a YMCA member in Wichita? I really need to find a workout buddy to get my butt in gear. I was doing so good when I first started on here going to the Y 3-4 times a week for 30 min to an hour, but now after my JM 30DS fiasco I haven't been back to the Y and just haven't had the motivation to go.

oh, just come one up to the Y in Topeka. It's only a two hour drive, and gas is so cheap right now! lol0
