Well, you're doing better than I did if you made it to day 2. When I woke up on day 2 I could barely move! I haven't done it again since. I really need to, but i'm a chicken. I couldn't walk for 5 days after doing day 1 of JM 30ds with out yelping in pain!

I have noticed that some things over-estimate on MFP. ALWAYS use what the machine or your HRM says when doing your calories burned. That way you know you are getting a more accurate reading. =)

I never had a problem with the lexapro, but then again i think it all depends on the person. If we're eating right to begin with we won't gain any weight. But I don't know any depressed people who eat correctly. Most of us are emotional eaters who eat all kinds of bad things when we're feeling down. Hence the weight gain.…

if you are on a budget go to wal-mart. I got the Pro-Form TX-300 for about $45 there. It has the chest strap for continuous monitoring and for those of us who can't spend $75-$100 on a HRM it's a GREAT alternative.

I wouldn't let it get you down. The ones taking extreme measures will gain theirs back as soon as they start eating normally again, where as you will keep yours off! Yours is a lifestyle change where as theirs is just temporary. So either way you're the winner in my book.

you need a NET of at least 1200 to stay on the healthy side... Anything much less than that and you risk your body going into starvation mode.

I have the same problem. Only way i found to keep me from eating at night is to keep busy doing something. Playing on the computer or working in the yard or reading a book. Something to keep my mind occupied so i'm not eating. =)

Just remember each day is a new beginning. Don't punish yourself today for what you ate yesterday, just don't keep making the same mistakes. =) There's no trick to it. Just tell yourself you aren't going to eat that cheeseburger or have that 2nd helping. You CAN do it! Everyone here is here to support you as well!

If it's after midnight i log it on the next day under either my morning snack area or as breakfast. =) But if it's before midnight i put it in my evening snacks. I have the same problem. I am a horrible insomniac and wake up a lot when i sleep. Sometimes i'm starving and just HAVE to eat something. LOL

Everyone really seems to love the Polar ones, but since I am on a STRICT budget I purchased a Pro-Form TX-300 at Wal-mart for $45. It's not a polar, but it works great and does everything i need it to and more. =) If you are on a budget you might look at the pro-form ones at walmart. They had quite a few different ones…

I only count water or water with something like mio or crystal light.

Even if it's diet soda it still has sodium in it so i log it! I log everything. =)
-
If i break a sweat doing it then hell yes i log it! Just the normal picking up around the house i dont log, but if i'm scrubbing, sweeping, and mopping where i break one hell of a sweat then log that. It is exercise if you're really into it!

Thanks T you're awesome!

30ds is an awesome workout. It really kills you. =) But you see some AMAZING results if you can stick with it. I need to get off my *kitten* and get back to doing it again. LOL

http://www.healthstatus.com/calculate/cbc If you scroll down you can enter the time under rearranging furniture. Thats about the closest thing to assembling furniture on there I could find. If MFP doesn't have the exercise listed in the database I use this website to approximate my calories burned. They have a bunch of…

Do you wet your chest strap down before putting it on? That should help some. Sounds like your watch isn't getting a continuous reading from the chest strap. I know mine says to wet down the sensors on the strap before putting it on so that it gets a good connection w your body.

Polar HRM's are very good but a bit pricey. I currently have a Pro-Form TX-300 that i purchased at Walmart for about $45. It comes with a chest strap for continuous monitoring, is fully programable for your weight/height/age for more accurate reading, and calculates calories burned. It doubles as a stopwatch, alarm clock,…

You might also try doing some keegal exercises when you're at work or just sitting around. That will help strengthen your muscles so you wont have that problem. I had that problem a lot when i was in High School and Middle School. The keegal exercises really helped

You need to allow a splurge day in there every now and then. Don't beat yourself up for going over every once and a while. Just dont make a habit of it lol.
-
Yeah, mine wont post to my page if it is after midnight. Guess they don't think we want it posted if we wait til the next day.
-
Have you tried to run a system restore to a time before you updated? It might help!
-
I dont know, but it seems that today my protein and fat #'s are different than previous days and I haven't exercised yet...

Since I am no dr or health professional I would say to talk to your dr. I know when i was prego with my daughter I was pretty overweight to begin with. The 1st 2-3 months I lost weight and the Dr told me everything was still normal because i was so overweight. But as for how many calories you should be eating you really…
