So, I just spent the last hour assembling and moving a 180 lb patio set by myself (hubby didn't think I could do it on my own - HA).

Any idea how many calories I burned?

I guessd it's about equivalent to 30 minutes of moving furniture (30 minutes of lifting, moving, active work).

*P.S. Sorry for the typo in the title. Can't seem to change it after the fact.

If you scroll down you can enter the time under rearranging furniture. Thats about the closest thing to assembling furniture on there I could find. If MFP doesn't have the exercise listed in the database I use this website to approximate my calories burned. They have a bunch of stuff on there that MFP doesn't have on here.

    Hope that helps!

That one says "rearranging furniture" for 30 minutes = 300 calories burned, and MFP says 272 burned. Pretty close.

I'm tempted not to log them or eat them back, but was just curious... :)
