Too much?

I started Insanity, so for the next 60 days I will be working out 6 days a week. However, I want to keep up my running because I don't want to lose my endurance. Also I want to keep lifting because I'm trying to strengthen. My workout routine is as follows:
Insanity M-Sat in the AM
Running Thur & Sat
Lifting M-W-F in the PM
Break on Sunday
I'm eating 1900 cals total (1500 to 1600 NET).
I've been working out for a while now, so I feel this is a natural progression in increasing my fitness level. But is this too much? Should I be worried about adverse effects?

It all depends on your body. Try it for a week and listen to what your body has to say. If it complains about it then cut back a bit on the exercise. Only you know what your body is saying.0

I think that schedule is fine as long as your body feels like it can keep up. Just pay attention to pain and injuries. The last thing you want is to injure yourself from overtraining and not be able to work out for weeks at a time. When you notice pain in your feet, ankles, knees, and/or hips, take a break for a day or two. I know it's hard; I've been there myself, and I never want to take more than one rest day a week (and even that one day is an active rest day), but when your doctor tells you you're going to need surgery if you keep ignoring the pain, that'll open your eyes to the importance of rest and giving your body time to heal and recover.
But if you're eating right, your body feels good, and you're smart about muscle recovery, I don't believe there is such a thing as too much exercise for a young, healthy person.0 -
Ok thank you! All I'm feeling is soreness now. No joint pain. I'll listen to my body, but sometime I know I like to push myself and I just gotta make sure I don't go over board.0
