name one habit that you feel has helped you significantly on this journey?
For me, I feel that drinking plenty (and I do mean plenty) of water every day has helped me significantly. Even on those bad days when I have eaten more than I wished I did, when I have been well hydrated it really kept me feeling "less bloated" the next day, on track and feeling good!

Not so new at this anymore
My weight has gone up and down my whole life. I have been using mfp for almost a year now and did lose 20 pounds. However, I have gained 10+ lbs of it back. I am trying not to be hard on myself but I am having a hard time swallowing this pill. Even though I log everything I eat, I am always 300 calories over my goal. Lol.…

eating too much of something healthy
Well.... today I dry roasted a bag of frozen edamame with some garlic powder, sea salt and olive oil. It was soo good that I had about half of it for lunch in a salad. I am new to mfp and also new to working out in the gym for that matter. I entered in what I ate today and my goal weight, etc.... and mfp said that I should eat about 1,200. Well I ate 1,450 today. I also burned around 500 calories in a cross training class. Now mfp is saying I should eat 300 more calories? I really don't…
