Ingredients:
-shelled edamame (I used a bag of frozen shelled organic edamame.)
-canola or olive oil (I used spectrum organic high heat canola oil.)
- Parmesan cheese (grated)
- Zatarains CREOLE seasoning (or you could use crushed red pepper or cayenne, depending on how spicy you like your food)
1) Preheat the oven to 400' F, and rinse the edamame in a bowl to thaw. Leave it sitting in a bowl of warm water while the oven heats, to get it seperated and thawed.
2) Spread edamame onto a baking sheet and massage oil into it, covering all of the edamame with oil evenly.
3) Then coat with Parmesan cheese and seasonings to your liking.
4)Bake for 15 minutes and VOILA!
yum.
