Salam to my fellow Muslims & hello to everyone else. Let's try to keep each other motivated through this month & discuss how we're doing/what we're eating. I'm hoping to lose about 5-8lbs during Ramadan. My goal is to have arms fit back comfortably into my shirts which have gotten uncomfortably tight.

How large are your shoulders, ladies?
My shoulders are massive: 41 inches around. The rest of my measurements are 34-26.5-37 - so technically, I should be a pear-shape 'cus my bust is much smaller than my hips. But I end up looking like an inverted triangle 'cus of my shoulders.

Higuys, I'm 5'7, 29 year old female. I started at 141lbs on 1/20/14 and am now down to 138lb.
