feeling depressed cus not eating enough

Its ramadan (fasting time for muslims) and I am on a 'diet' cus of religious reasons now. I am having to eat between 9pm to midnight and having a hard time eating enough. In my regular days, I don't count calories. I think I might be getting 1000 calories per day. I get to eat at 9pm and after finishing dinner by 9:30, I have no desire to eat again at midnight.

I am fit and healthy in regular life and worries that I am going to yo-yo diet myself into fatness by gaining back weight that I am losing unhealthily by eating so little.

Forced myself to get out of bed to go eat a bowl of lentil soup, peas, an egg, a handful of spinach, and a meatball. This midnight eating is awkward, but only 11 days of ramadan left.

Try calorie dense foods. Nuts and nut butters, oils, full-fat dairy products, ect.
