I'm still confused about eating all the calories
So you're really suppose to eat all the calories for the day? Meaning your regular amount plus what you earn from exersing? That seems like it defeats the purpose of exercising. Because isn't the only way to lose weight is to take in less than you put out? So I'm confused. :ohwell:

I over ate today

Why do you/should you eat all of net calories?
I've always been under the impression that in order to lose weight you needed to burn more than you consume. If this is the case, why should you eat all the calories you burn from exercising? Does it really make a difference?

I'm not losing weight

That's how many calories I burned this morning in 1 hour of my boot camp class!! (according to my HRM) Totally kicked by booty but it's all good, only exercise right?!! I got a HRM and I like it. The crazy thing is, it says I burn WAY more calories than the machines do. Like today I burned 917 calories in an hour.
