are Macros important for me?
im trying to lose 2 lbs per week and when i finished my diary the total for Macros were -61 carbs, -5 fat, 32 protein, 408 sodium, and -4 sugar. i don't think this may sound "healthy" or it doesn't seem that ill be able to lose weight. if im wrong please help me.

Question about my BMR and Daily Calorie Deficit
okay to my BMR is 1958 calories and say i want to lose 2 lbs a week so that would mean that my Daily Calorie Deficit would be 1000? so 1958-1000= 958 calories. so does that mean i have to eat that many calories a day to lose weight? if im wrong please correct me.

okay so when i finished my food diary, at the very bottom it said if every day were like today.. you'd weigh 168.4 lbs in 5 weeks. so my question is if i reach that and continue afterwards, will i continue to lose weight but have to eat more or what? kinda confused.

Am i suppose to eat how much MFP tells me to?
because usually i eat about 800 calories a day and im not sure if it'll work because im trying to lose 2 lbs a week, plus when i add more foods, it sometimes shows a negative red number under fats or like sugar because i go over the limit by a little, should i be concerned about this or what?. any tips would be amazing!

Ok, my goal is 1,300 calories and say i burn 400 at the gym. that would leave me with 900 calories. so then i'm suppose to eat those 400 calories again afterwards? if so, i don't really understand it because you're burning calories but then you're just eating them afterwards? how am I you suppose to lose weight? am i…

Is my NET Calories normal/healthy?
I'm suppose to consume 1,300 calories but i only get to 1078 calories and i burn about 807 calories when working out and then i get 271 NET. so 1078 - 807 = 271 NET. is that normal/good or should i be doing something else. sorry if these questions get very repetitive but i'm completely lost on this and i'm completely new.
