okay so when i finished my food diary, at the very bottom it said if every day were like today.. you'd weigh 168.4 lbs in 5 weeks.
so my question is if i reach that and continue afterwards, will i continue to lose weight but have to eat more or what? kinda confused.

It's just an estimation. So long as you continue to eat at a deficit you will lose weight, regardless of how much you weigh...0

Mfp will continue to adjust your calorie goals based on your weight (I think every 10lbs you lose). So yes, assuming you stick with it, you'll continue to lose beyond that because mfp will adjust (lower) your calorie goal as you lose weight.
Keep in mind that the "if every day was like today" is just a mathematical calculation-it's not a guarantee and it is only ballpark estimate at best (assuming you're incredibly consistent). But it's definitely not the lowest limit of what you can weigh.0
