are Macros important for me?

im trying to lose 2 lbs per week and when i finished my diary the total for Macros were -61 carbs, -5 fat, 32 protein, 408 sodium, and -4 sugar. i don't think this may sound "healthy" or it doesn't seem that ill be able to lose weight. if im wrong please help me.

    How much you were over or under on your macros and calories tells us nothing if you don't tell us what your current macro goals are set at, as well as your weight and calorie intake

    Are you the one that asked the other day if 800 calories per day was enough for you? And started a couple of threads about intake? If so, I suggest getting a hold of calories first before focusing on macros.
