Is my NET Calories normal/healthy?

I'm suppose to consume 1,300 calories but i only get to 1078 calories and i burn about 807 calories when working out and then i get 271 NET.

so 1078 - 807 = 271 NET. is that normal/good or should i be doing something else. sorry if these questions get very repetitive but i'm completely lost on this and i'm completely new.

No, not healthy. You should be netting above 1200.

ETA: Actually, if you really are a 18 year old male you should probably be netting above 2000. 1200 is for sedentary 50-year-old women who are 5' tall.

    You should be eating more.

No, that is neither healthy nor sustainable.

Your NET should be as close to your Goal before exercise is. So if your goal is 1300 calories, that's what your NET should be.

Eat more caloric dense foods and that will easily get you to your NET goal.

Absolutely not. Your net should be your goal (1300) - but as a 18 yr old male that's likely far too low also.

Keep going like that...and let us know what hospital to send the cards to.
Seriously...eat some more. If you use the MFP program it will give you a good place to start ...and I guarantee you'll be eating a lot more than that...and still losing.
