Can we stop trying to be THIN and SKINNY?
I am so sick and tired of hearing girls about wanting to be SKINNY and THIN. 5k by November 19th?
Is it realistic for me to sign up for a 5k that happens on November 19th? I can run for about 5 mins at a time right now before I have the 'omg I want to quit' attitude (which I realize needs to change!) What do you count as exercise vs. daily activities?
I see people counting 'cleaning' and such, and that's fine, not bashing it at all- but I personally don't do that. To me, my exercise is when I set out to do something in the gym. OR- if I break a sweat. For example, at work I walk around a ton but I don't count it- should I be?? Just wanting to see what you all do! Thanks…
